Now we mix the ingredients well with our hands so that they are completely homogeneous. After the kebab sauce is consistent and sticky, cover the bowl with cellophane and put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour
The fourth stage
After this time, we take the bowl out of the refrigerator, then we grease a suitable pan with oil and spread the kebab mixture evenly on the bottom of the pan and cut it lengthwise with a width of 2 cm. .
The fifth stage
At this stage, we put the pan on very high heat and put the lid on the pan. After 5 minutes, reduce the heat and leave the lid of the pan aside. Note that if the flame is too low, the kebab will be hard and dry.
The sixth stage
While the kebabs are frying, we melt the butter and mix it with infused saffron, then rub it on the kebabs to make them more colorful and delicious. After one side of the kebabs gets colored, we turn them slowly
The seventh stage
At this stage, we again apply the mixture of infused saffron and butter on the kebabs and let them fry well on the other side. If you want, we can put some tomatoes on the side of the pan to fry.
The eighth stage
After the kebabs are fried completely, we pour the rest of the butter and saffron on them, then take the kebabs out of the pan and put them in the dish we want together with the tomatoes. We can serve this delicious kebab with bread or rice.
