How to prepare kim saffron ice cream

first stage

To prepare the delicious Kim saffron ice cream, at the beginning of the work, pour milk together with sugar and corn starch into a suitable pot, then mix well until the ingredients in the milk dissolve. Next, we put the pot on a gentle heat.

second stage

Now we stir the milk mixture continuously until it reaches the consistency of porridge, then add the rose water along with the infused saffron to the pot, and after mixing, immediately remove the pot from the heat and let it cool completely.

When the milk mixture is completely adjusted to the ambient temperature, add the breakfast cream and stir continuously until the texture of the ice cream is uniform. After adding the cream, if the ice cream is pale, add some saffron

The fourth stage

At this stage, put an ice cream stick in the popsicle mold and pour the ice cream mixture into the mold until its capacity is completely filled. Now we hit the mold several times firmly on the work surface so that the ice cream inside the mold is completely uniform.

The fifth stage

Next, we put the mold in the freezer for 12 hours until the ice cream is completely frozen. If there is no popsicle mold, pour the ice cream mixture into a disposable glass, then put it in the freezer for 10 minutes until it hardens a little.

After this time, take the disposable cup out of the freezer and insert the popsicle stick into the center, then put it in the freezer for 12 hours until it hardens completely. After this time, we prepare the cover material

For this purpose, we heat the white chocolate over the heat of the kettle until it melts completely, then gradually add the liquid oil to the bowl and mix until the chocolate is completely smooth and uniform. Next, add pistachio slices to the bowl.

The eighth stage

Now stir the chocolate mixture, then let it cool completely. Next, pour the chocolate mixture into the glass and separate the ice creams from the mold, then put them into the chocolate glass at high speed and take them out.

The ninth stage
