How To Bake Cake without Oven ? How to Make Syrup Cake in Pan

Pan syrup cake is one of the types of simple and delicious home-made cakes that we can make without the need of an oven.  

Ingredients for pan syrup cake
egg 2 pcs
lukewarm milk ½ cup
Sugar ½ cup
baking powder 1 and a half tablespoons
vanilla ½ tsp
flour 1 and a half glass
Brewed saffron 1 tablespoon
Walnut powder 3 tablespoons
cardamom powder ½ tbsp
Cake syrup ingredients
Sugar ½ cup
Water ½ cup
Rose water ¼ cup
push 3 seeds
Brewed saffron enough

How to make pan syrup cake

first stage

To prepare a delicious pan syrup cake, at the beginning of the work, we add the egg together with sugar and vanilla in a suitable bowl, then we mix it with an electric mixer for 7 to 10 minutes until the egg mixture becomes light and elastic.

second stage

Now we add the liquid oil and lukewarm milk to the egg mixture, then we mix it for 1 minute with an electric mixer. Next, we add cardamom powder and brewed saffron to the egg mixture and stir.

third level

At this stage, we pour the flour together with the baking powder into a suitable bowl, then mix and put it in a sieve. Next, we sift the flour mixture 3 times and add it to the egg mixture in 3 steps

The fourth stage

Now, with a spatula, mix the cake batter in a circular motion to one side so that its texture is uniform. Next, we choose a suitable pan, then cover it with parchment paper and grease it with some liquid oil.

The fifth stage

At this stage, we pour half of the cake batter into the pot, then pour powdered walnuts on top of the cake batter and add the rest of the cake batter on top of the walnuts. Next, we put the flame spreader on a gentle heat.

The sixth stage

Now cover the lid of the pan with steam, then place it on the pan. Next, we place the pan on the spreader flame and let the cake cook completely for 40 minutes. After this time, we return the cake to the pan

The seventh stage

At this stage, we remove the oil paper from the cake, then close the lid of the pan again and let the other side of the cake become golden and beautiful. Next, we prepare the cake syrup, for this purpose we first pour water and sugar into a suitable pot.

The eighth stage

Now we add rose water along with cardamom powder to the syrup, then put the pot on a gentle heat and stir constantly until the sugar particles dissolve in the syrup. Finally, add saffron to the syrup, then remove the pot from the heat.

The ninth stage

Note that the syrup should not boil. Next, let the temperature of the syrup decrease and become lukewarm. Next, we remove the cake from the heat, then return it to the pan and cut it to the desired size and shape

tenth stage

Finally, we pour the syrup on the cake, then let the syrup sink into the cake. Next, we place the cake slices in the dish we want, then serve with freshly brewed saffron tea. Enjoy your meal
