How to make baklava cake without oven

first stage

To prepare a delicious baklava cake without an oven, we first prepare the syrup. For this purpose, pour water and sugar into a suitable pot and put it on a low heat until the syrup boils for 10 minutes.

second stage

After this time, add rose water along with some brewed saffron to the pot and let the syrup boil again for another 5 minutes, then remove the pot from the heat until the syrup cools completely.

At this stage, put the egg together with sugar and cardamom powder in a suitable bowl and mix well with an electric mixer for 5 to 6 minutes until it becomes creamy and elastic. Now add the sweet yogurt to the bowl

The fourth stage

Next, stir the ingredients in the bowl to the point of mixing, then add the liquid oil to the bowl along with some infused saffron and stir well again with the medium speed of the electric mixer for 1 minute.

The fifth stage

Now sift the flour and baking powder 3 times and add it to the bowl little by little, then stir it with a whisk in a circular motion until the texture of the cake batter is uniform. Next, we cover the inside of the diet pan with oil paper.

The sixth stage

At this stage, pour the cake batter into the pan and smooth it completely with a spatula, then remove the pan gasket and close the lid. Now put the pan on the burner and let the cake cook for 35 minutes

The seventh stage

After this time, we check the cake with a toothpick or a wooden skewer, if it is cooked, we return the pan to the heat until the other side is completely golden. Now remove the pan from the heat so that the cake cools completely.
