  2. Brewed saffron: one teaspoon

  3. Milk: one and a half cups

  4. Corn starch: 2 tablespoons

  5. Sugar: half a cup

  6. Gulab: 1/4 cup

  7. Vanilla: 1/4 teaspoon

How to prepare pumpkin dessert with saffron:

To make saffron pumpkin dessert, first peel the pumpkin and eat it. Separate the eggs and cook with a small amount of water for 45 to 50 minutes until it is mashed well. If you can't puree the cooked pieces of pumpkin with the back of a spoon, use a mixer. Take one cup of pureed pumpkin.

After that, we mix corn starch with a little milk in a pan and put it on heat. Next, we add the rest of the milk to the pumpkin puree and add sugar to it and add it to the ingredients in the pan and stir until it boils and mixes well.

After the ingredients in the pan boil, it is time to add saffron . It is better to use infused saffron for better coloring of the dessert , but if you do not have infused saffron, you can also use saffron powder.

We add rose water and vanilla at this stage and let the ingredients become completely uniform. Then we remove the pan from the heat and pour the ingredients into special containers for serving dessert. Your dessert is ready. You can decorate the dessert with pistachio, walnut or almond powder along with cinnamon.
