Gelatin powder | 3 tablespoons |

How to prepare saffron dessert
first stage
To prepare a simple saffron dessert, first pour the gelatin powder with cold water in a suitable bowl and mix it until it becomes spongy, then heat it over the indirect heat of the kettle steam until it becomes completely transparent
second stage
Now pour the milk and sugar into a suitable pot, then put the pot on a low heat and stir continuously until the sugar particles in the milk are completely dissolved. Note that the milk does not boil.
third level
At this stage, we remove the milk mixture from the heat, then add the gelatin along with vanilla and infused saffron and stir until the ingredients are combined. Next, we mix some milk with cream until the cream is at the same temperature as the milk
The fourth stage
Now add all the cream to the milk mixture, then stir until the ingredients are smooth. Next, we choose a suitable pot, then grease it with some liquid oil and pour the saffron dessert mixture into the mold.
The fifth stage
Finally, we put the mold in the refrigerator and let the dessert stay in the refrigerator for 5 hours to set. Finally, after this time, we remove the mold from the freezer, then we return the dessert to the desired container. Enjoy your meal
