How to prepare Green bean pilaf

Green Bean pilaf is one of the delicious and traditional Iranian dishes that are cooked in different ways. 

Necessary ingredients for 2 people
Rice 2 cups
Mince Meat 250 grams
green beans 500 grams
tomato paste 1 tablespoon
Tomato puree 1 tablespoon
an onion 1 piece
Salt and black pepper enough
Turmeric and oil enough
Brewed saffron 1 tablespoon

Bean pilaf recipe

first stage

First, we cut the onion into small pieces and fry it with some oil in a suitable pot until the onion becomes light, then add the minced meat to the pot and then add some turmeric and black pepper.

second stage

Now we fry the minced meat well until it changes color and gets fried. Next, we chop the green beans after washing them and add them to the pot. We fry the green beans until they are slightly fried

third level

Now we add the tomato paste with a little salt and fry a little until the raw taste of the tomato paste is taken, then we add the tomato puree along with 1 glass of boiling water and cover the pot until the meat and beans are cooked. Half cooked greens

The fourth stage

We soak the rice according to its type, then after the beans and meat are cooked, we add it to the pot and add a little boiling water so that the water level is a little higher than the rice level. Of course, if the water is too much, the rice will be soaked.

The fifth stage

Now we increase the heat until the water in the pot boils, then we add the brewed saffron to the pot and put the lid on the pot. Next, we lower the heat so that the rice is steamed with gentle heat. At the end, we serve bean pilaf with pickles or salad.
